I traveled for 4 nights in a Family Prime Apartment Front Sea View and enjoyed every moment. The breakfast was incredible, featuring a wide variety of options including fresh fruits and typical north-eastern Brazilian dishes. The staff were unbelievably friendly and attentive, especially at the pool bar. One downside was the limited English spoken by the staff, which made some requests a bit challenging.

Everything was top-notch.

We loved our stay. The multiple pools were a hit with the kids, especially the heated pool, which made swimming so much fun! The Kids' Club was fantastic, offering lots of activities and a safe space for our little ones. The ocean views from our room were stunning!

My kids wished there were more organized activities for families in the afternoons. A bit more supervision at the Kids' Club would greatly enhance the experience.

Staying in the luxury family room with a frontal sea view provided stunning vistas. The breakfast buffet was excellent, highlighting local favorites like Cuscuz and Tapioca. However, the cleanliness of some rooms was concerning, as multiple options we viewed had unpleasant odors. Additionally, the staff, while friendly, lacked the warmth we'd experienced at other resorts. Despite these drawbacks, the service was efficient, especially in organizing tours and activities.

During my stay, I loved that the hotel was just a short walk to Parque das Dunas and only about 3 km from the beautiful Ponta Negra beach, making it so easy for me to enjoy weekend strolls and local sights. every morning, I was delighted by the delicious breakfast options which fueled my adventures around the area.
