Everything was very good, the staff were exceptionally nice and the location was magnificent! The room was large and outstanding, with with the bedroom, a hot tub and the balcony. Location: the hotel was near to Ponta Negra beach, and the common areas. I ate at the specialty restaurant near the property.

We definitely got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, with easy access to taxis for getting around. The staff treated us with a smile, friendliness, and efficiency, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is more variety in the food options.

The hotel was in a great location, right by the beach, with easy access to other restaurants off the premises. The staff was helpful and even advanced us some cash to get to the airport. The common areas were well-maintained and nice. The room had a comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast selection was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel provided a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The hotel rooms could be noisy at times due to the nearby shops, offices, and bar.

Close to the ocean. Beautiful location overlooking a beach. Many swimming pools. Breakfast is an extraordinary experience with delicious fruits, yoghurts, cakes, and the best corn bread I have ever tasted. Cheerful staff and great value. A lovely bar with a jazz pianist.

Great pool area and friendly staff. The pool was a lot of fun and the staff were very nice and helpful. They made our stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at this incredible resort for a week-long vacation. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, with the ocean visible from almost every point. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious, and the numerous swimming pools, including the heated option, were a highlight of our stay. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful with logistics and gave great recommendations for transportation and side trips. the location, WIFI connection, and friendly staff made our experience at this hotel truly enjoyable.

The pool area was like a tropical paradise and the hotel lobby was beautifully modern. I found the conference rooms to be comfortable with great lighting. The main restaurant's buffet food was delicious and the kids' recreation activities were fantastic. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. it's a good hotel for a conference. I would recommend it.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the north beaches, lakes, and dunes. The hotel offers different towers, some closer and some further from the ocean, giving guests the option to select their preferred view. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast offers a great variety of options. The hotel has a beautiful pool area and a gym and spa for guests to enjoy.

One downside is that the Wi-Fi connection in the hotel can be quite poor.

This hotel provided us with a truly luxurious stay. the service was exceptional, with staff catering to our every need. the Spa and wellness centre was a highlight, featuring a range of treatments and an indoor swimming pool. the outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace and garden area were also perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant and bar/lounge area, and appreciated the option of ordering in-room breakfasts.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was a slight delay in room service. However, this was quickly resolved by the attentive staff.
